Intro Membership - $125/mo
The introductory membership includes:
Any 1 IV per month (excluding the ASAP Works and NAD+).
Any 1 Basic IV per year during your birthday month (must be redeemed in clinic. Free IV limited to Basic IV. Subscription must be active at the time of the IV.)
Premium Membership - $285/mo
The Premium Membership Includes:
Any 2 IVs per month (excludes ASAP Works and NAD+)
Any 1 Basic IV per year during your birthday month (must be redeemed in clinic. Free IV limited to Basic IV. Subscription must be active at the time of the IV.)
